Cambodia hosts the Third Global Conference on Mine Action Victims

(Khmer Times) This conference is based on the previous two conferences (Colombia and Friedani) and is organised by Cambodia through the Mine Action Authority under the Global Support Fund provided by the Council of the European Union. The EU Global Plan supports the States Parties to the Convention on the Prohibition of the Use of Anti-Personnel Mines in carrying out various obligations under the Convention, including victim assistance.
