(khmertimeskh) Ly Thuch, First-Vice President of the CMAA, said Monday that the 23 explosions led to 26 victims.
“In 2022, there were 28 explosions with 40 victims compared to the same period this year. The number of victims since January this year is a decrease of 35% compared to the same period last year.
